Chapter 6:
What are Cuckoo Clock Gears?
Hebrew Numbers & Ratios Explain Calendar Cycles and Gears
What is a Hebrew calendar “gear”? Why is it important?
Preface to my Method & Technical Analysis
I heard but could not understand; so I said, “My lord, what shall be the outcome of these things?” He said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are to remain secret and sealed until the time of the end. Many shall be purified, cleansed, and refined, but the wicked shall continue to act wickedly.
None of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand. (Daniel 12:8-10 NRSV)
When confronted with “setting dates” for the Apocalypse, many Christians immediately respond with “nobody knows the time.” Basically, they want to communicate their superior knowledge of the Bible and shut off any consideration that Judgment Day might be just around the corner. It may also be a quick excuse for mental laziness, the sign of a closed mind or a strong indication that God, the Bible and faith are not real to them. They raise a sign, “Do not disturb the comfort of the normal life I have built up with so much hard work. I have payments to make and a family to consider.”
As a student of the Bible, I have often wondered why the Apostle Thomas doubted the report of his fellow disciples and the women that the garden tomb was empty because Jesus had risen from the dead. After all, for three years he had been an eyewitness of Jesus’ many supernatural miracles: dead people had been raised to live again; hundreds were healed of incurable diseases; and Jesus even calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee. On top of that he had heard daily expositions on the Torah and writings of the prophets as a part of his intense education by immersion by the greatest teacher who ever lived.
Then there is the story about Peter, Jesus’ self-declared “best friend.” One week prior to the crucifixion Peter proclaimed, “I will die for you!” But once Jesus was captured by the guard, it was Peter who followed Christ only to deny him three times before running away to hide with the others.
Five hundred years before the crucifixion, the prophet Daniel was given extensive visions about Israel’s future. They were some of the latest and most important prophecies of the Hebrew Bible. Their validity and importance are only emphasized by the fact that Jesus quoted from them extensively.
At the end of his book Daniel wearily asks the angel who appeared to him,
My Lord, what shall be the end of these things?” (Daniel 12:8)
The angel told Daniel not to worry about it because the visions he had were to take place during years far beyond his lifetime. In fact verse 9 states that “these words are concealed and sealed up until the end time." In the next verse, the angel states, “None of the wicked shall understand, but the wise [those who have insight, NASB] shall understand.”
I do not think of Christians who downplay the importance of studying about the Apocalypse “wicked,” but I cannot exactly call them wise either. Based of the angel’s statement to Daniel, I believe that, deep down within themselves, many Christians doubt just like Thomas did. Not only are they unsure about what they believe, but they also behave as unbelievers do in so many ways. Such worldly behavior is yet another indication to me that most Christians have a core of doubt at the foundation of their lives instead of faith.
Here is your challenge in reading this book. We all have choices and the freedom to act on them or not. Either we will seek to become “wise” in the ways of God and His prophecies, or we will continue to believe in the church traditions we were taught. Most people choose through inaction or avoidance. They rarely even challenge what they themselves believe and therefore possess a stale-to-dead faith. The sensual experiences of the Daleth dimension of this world and time are more real to them than the Heh substance of eternity.
If you have graduated from or work for some established college or university, you will certainly encounter a variety of viewpoints within the academic freedom of that environment. But you are encountering a completely different kind of thinking in my books. We are about to enter into some detailed explanations about how I have come to the conclusions boldly stated in my writings . And I do state them boldly; however, I know even more surely than the boldness of these pages that I might be wrong about some of my conclusions because I am a mere mortal. If so, I am humble enough to risk ridicule from the learned establishment by putting them into writing because most of the material is rock solid, being built on the foundation of Jesus Christ and the Bible.
For some of my readers, my confidence and specific reasons for thinking how I do is a real challenge. If we agree that the Bible is God’s Word, then ignoring it will put us on thin ice or cause us to join a support group that calls itself something like, “Doubting Thomases Anonymous.” On the other hand, if I am standing in front of a burning house, should I make an attempt to save some, or should I wait for the professional firemen to deal with that situation?
Apart from rejecting what I present here because you reject the authority of the Christian Scriptures, I do not think this book will clearly sway you one way or another. It can neither confirm nor change your thinking about where you stand on these issues or in your future relationship with the Creator and soon coming Judge.
I hope that you will agree with me, because God through his inspired Word will speak quietly in your mind so that you may ask yourself, “Am I one of the wise?” If the answer is affirmative, then you will correctly identify the time of the end, the last days. There is of course the DTA club that I mentioned above. It requires no effort to join and nothing to learn or unlearn, but there is also the very real possibility that you would perish in the fire as the Bible foretells.
Believe me; writing these books was a great challenge for me. Fortunately, some people are more talented in this regard than I am. Without the help of some professional friends, I still would still be struggling with these books. In fact I might have never finished them!

Cycles and Gears: Twelve Cycles
The appearance of the wheels and their workmanship was like sparkling beryl, and all four of them had the same form, their appearance and workmanship being as if one wheel were within another. (Ezekiel 1:16)
You will now be introduced to the cuckoo clock gears and how they work. As a watchmaker from Germany, I compare God’s plan for humanity to the familiar cuckoo clock. Inside the World Cuckoo Clock of God’s plan for humanity, you will find a number of gears of various sizes. The proper arrangement of these gears connects to the two hands of the clock face (one for the Heh dimension and the other for the Daleth) as well as the cuckoo bird. In a cuckoo clock these differently-sized gears intermesh by design so that the clock hands move precisely to mark each moment of time as it passes. The gears also move the cuckoo bird out to mark the half hour with one cuckoo and to make the correct count of calls for each hour.
God, the master Designer, has marked the passage of human history similarly. The universe runs on a cosmic clock, which also has gears. Learning about those gears will give us chronological insight to Bible prophecies about the Apocalypse, which is God’s final answer to the dilemma of 21st century world politics.
By understanding how God’s clock works, we can calculate a reliable estimate of the dates of the Apocalypse. The Apocalypse is the “high noon” of history when the cuckoo clock bird announces its presence twelve times. People around the world want to know about the timing of the “end of the world” – even if they are secular and well educated.
To explain the Bible’s chronological gears, we must start with God’s perspective of human history from the beginning of time. We will describe the gears from the smallest to the largest. Each one has its purpose and place in the mechanism of marking time through the unfolding of God’s plan for humanity. Chapter 10 of Apocalypse Prophesied describes the World Cuckoo Clock in detail.
God laid out the various railroad station schedule of his plan within the Heh dimension in the inaccessible age of Waw. This original time schedule synchronized with the cosmic clock of our solar system. Originally, the earth took 360 days to go around the sun to complete a year, and the moon took thirty days to go around the earth to make up a month. This is why the ancient Egyptian and Babylonian calendars had 360-day years.
As part of the Flood catastrophe in 2288 BC, the earth was probably hit by an asteroid. Because of that and other reasons, its journey around the sun was slowed down by about 5.24 days, which made the solar year 365.24 days long. Our modern, secular calendar derives from the Roman calendar of Julius Caesar and Pope Gregory, which are based on this 365.24-day solar year.
The Bible’s early prophetic chronology is usually based on the 360-day year. One reason is that the original schedule was drawn up when that was the year in force. Another is that the background harmonics of the Hebrew Alphabet Number System integrates with this pre-Flood cosmic clock. Thus, God’s original plan of the railroad stations and the time schedule are expressed in the Bible from the perspective of the Heh dimension. The schedule runs 7,000 prophetic Bible years.
Daniel used the 360-day Bible years of the Heh perspective for his prophecies, but over 500 years later John used the 365.24 solar years when he wrote down the book of Revelation. Confusion arises when Revelation refers back to Daniel’s prophecies, which are used and expanded upon in that book’s additions to the prophetic narrative. Thus, the 1,260 days/42 months equated to 3½ times use the same 360-day prophetic calendar that Daniel used. Otherwise, John used the 365.24-day solar year as he looked into the future schedule of prophetic events. So John gives us a mixed bag of chronological systems that we must watch out for. Fortunately, the Rosetta Stone 7:5 ratio helps us to crosscheck our analyses.
To understand these two different perspectives of measuring time, I created the cuckoo clock gear system. The clock only works when the gears mesh perfectly, and this provides numerous internal system checks. From our vantage point of working with a base of almost six thousand years of human history in fulfillment of God’s plan, we can project what lies ahead more accurately; however, we still must continually check it out against the railroad schedule from God’s perspective. As you read, keep these two different kinds of counting years in mind.
The cuckoo clock switches back and forth between the two methods of measuring time. It simultaneously uses two intermeshed gear systems to model when the planned railroad stations of Heh dimension appear as fulfilled prophetic events in the material reality of the Daleth dimension “of this world and time.” Some of the overlays or alignments compare biblical-prophetic year relationships to solar year relationships because we are looking for similar event significance. Likewise, the same sized chronological gears (70, 64 or 50-year gears, for example) may appear in both systems. The size of the gear does not identify which system it belongs to.
7,000-Year Table of Human History
I will start my explanation with the 7,000-Year Table of Human History, which is based on the old Babylonian or Bible prophetic years of 360 days. Our modern secular year has 365.24 days. To convert Hebrew years to our modern calendar, we divide 365.24 by 360 to yield a conversion factor of 1.0145. Another way to accomplish the same result is to add 7.1015 years to each 490-year cycle. I will use this conversion factor of 1.0145 many times.
Most of the cycles in this table are based on the Bible’s prophetic calendar, which mostly has a 360-day year. The table shows twelve Jewish cycles (70 x 7 = 490 Bible years) of human history numbered 1-12 and three named gears, which appear in our current solar calendar years. Human history interfaces with God through his chosen people, Israel. The history of that nation – especially the history of the God of Israel’s Temple in Jerusalem – provides the time clock of God’s plan for humanity. So always look at the Temple in Jerusalem for points where the cuckoo clock gears mesh.
The Hebrew calendar and Jewish time cycles are based on a system of sevens. Besides the structure of the Hebrew calendar on a seven day week and lunar months of 29 to 30 days, anyone who has spent some time reading the Bible knows that some specific numbers appear regularly throughout its sixty-six books. Numbers like 3, 12 and 50 or chronological measurements like “times” (any set measurement of time - a week, a month, a year, or a thousand years ), “generations” (40 years), and “appointed times” ( mo’edim or astronomical conjunctions such as the familiar lunar cycles that start Hebrew months or highlight holidays).
The seventh position is always the most important in seven-based system because it recalls the Sabbath, which is the seventh day of the week. For centuries, religious scholars have considered the seven day week to be a type of all human history. Many came to the conclusion that God has provided a week of thousand-year days – 7,000 years in all. (Psalm 90:4; 2 Peter 3:9)
Thus, the Sabbath recalls Creation and deliverance. It pictures the future millennial restoration of Israel under the rule of God’s appointed Messiah (Jesus/Yeshua). The 7th day Sabbath also reminds us that God’s salvation occurs without human works - where the human spirit is at submissive rest in faith. (Exodus 20:8-11; Deuteronomy 5:13-15; Ephesians 2:8-12)
As I researched the time before the Flood, my attention was drawn to a 1,715-year period mentioned in the "Wall Chart of the World" published in 1995. This chart gives eight possible dates for the timing of Noah's Flood, each from a different source. The year that was indicated as being of Hebrew origin was 2288 BC.
If we subtract 1,715 years from the Flood (2288 BC), we get to 4004 BC, which is the date when Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden. I later discovered a similar number in the history of the Aztec culture. The Aztecs describe the first period of creation to have lasted 1,716 years.
When I added another 3½ cycles or 1,715 years from the Flood in 2288 bc, I came to approximate time of Daniel’s prophecy about future world kingdoms based on Nebuchadnezzar's dream of a metal statue. Interpreting the king's dream, Daniel predicted that the world would evolve into four major civilizations. Another one would follow, which would be the fifth kingdom.
These two 1,715-year cycles got my attention, and I asked myself, “What is the significance of this chronological symmetry?”
Daniel, John and other prophets in both the Old and New Testaments often used the phrase "time, times and half a time." (See Daniel 12:7, for example.) When compared to parallel references of “forty-two months” and “1,260 days,” scholars agree that a “times” here is equivalent to a 360-day prophetic year, but I could find no rational relationship between 1,715 and 1,260. Then, I remembered how a cuckoo clock uses different gear systems to mark the passage of time.
The phrase "time, times and half a time" could indicate three and a half (1 + 2 + .5 = 3.5) cycles of whatever unit of measure is being used. In looking at the Bible’s summary of the history of humanity, I had experimented with several combinations of numbers used in the Bible. For example, a biblical "time" cycle could mean a period of 490 years by utilizing the Hebrew calendrical system of sevens (7 x 70 = 490). This worked. Multiplying 3.5 times 490 years exactly totals 1,715.
This discovery directed me to develop the first seven 490-year cycles of my 7,000-Year Table of Human History. You will notice these two 1,715-year gears are found in the first half of the table’s chronology: 4068 - 588 BC, which is 7 x 490 x 1.0145 = 3,480 solar years.
They are followed by:
-
the 70-year Land Sabbath gear (solar years)
-
five more 490 year cycles numbered 8-12 (5 x 490 x 1.0145 = 2,486 solar years)
-
the 50-year Jubilee gear (solar years)
-
and the 1,000-year Restoration or Millennial gear. (solar years)
Any narrative of recorded history is written with a “present time perspective.” It looks at events from a past of future position on a timeline relative to that point. The same is true for today: where Bible history ends, Bible prophecy begins. Both intersect with real life events in this Daleth dimension. Part of what was given as prophecy in Daniel’s day is now history, but it is a history that demands recognition of the New Testament’s veracity and authority as Scripture, a true revelation from the God of Israel. One must accept that Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy identified the appearance of Jesus as the anticipated Messiah of Israel at the appointed time. In other words Daniel’s prophecy has been fulfilled in part, and the rest of that prophecy lies yet ahead in the future.
To summarize the preceding pages, the 7,ooo-Year Table of Human History consists of twelve cycles of 490 years each from 4018 BC to AD 1968 in accordance with the Rosetta Stone 7:5 ratio principle. I inserted a special seventy year gear from 588 BC (when the First Temple was destroyed) to 518 BC. I also added a 50-year gear starting in 1968 ( the first full year of Jerusalem’s liberation from the Gentiles) that ends in 2018. In both cases these gears serve to mark transitions in how God works with Israel and humanity. I explain more about these transitional gears later. For now, note that these two extra periods of time – one of seventy (70) years and one of fifty (50) years must conform to the 7:5 Rosetta Stone ratio. They also became gears within the World Cuckoo Clock. (See Apocalypse Prophesied Chapter 10.)
When we total up these cycles, we have 6,068 solar years, which is 6,000 Bible years (6,000 x 1.0145 = 6,068) from the creation of Adam and Eve to the end of the destruction of the Second Civilization on 21 December 2015. This date completes our present Zayin Age and the coming Cheth Age of the Apocalypse. The following Teth Age or Millennium is a one thousand solar year gear of future peace on earth. These three ages total the 7,000 Bible years or 7,086 solar years spanning the Daleth dimension eras of human existence on earth from 4068 BC to AD 3018. The number seven thousand (7,000) is another gear within the World Cuckoo Clock.
The 7000-Year Table of Human History shows these two chronological systems of gears. The left column shows the Heh dimension use of Bible years, and the right column shows the Daleth dimension use of solar years. Both count back from a common endpoint of AD 3018. Note also that the last millennial gear is identical for both: just as Daleth (4) and Heh (5) dimensions are present in the Teth (9) Age (4 + 5 = 9).
There is an unresolved difference for the beginning point in these two systems due to the consequences of the Flood. Later in this chapter I explain how they independently provided the same end date of AD 3018 by working from the midpoints of their respective sets of calculations.
Some Bible scholars have theorized that Adam and Eve were created 4004 BC. My 7,000-Year Table of Human History lists the date for the creation of Adam at 4068 BC. The difference between those two dates is sixty-four (64) years. As we will discover later, the 64-year gear and the number 64 will appear often. In the 12th Period of the Apocalypse there is a 64 day cycle used in the determination of events occurring during the Mini-Apocalypse. (See Chapter 4.) Hopefully, these re-occurring gears and cycles will inspire confidence to those who read these pages.
Within the 7,000 years of human history we encounter 7 railroad stations that mark significant cosmic events because they connect the Daleth dimension with the Heh dimensions. The center is 518 BC, which is located 3,550 years after 4068 BC and 2,450 years before AD 3018. Chapter 9 on the World Cuckoo Clock will explain it in more detail.
The first cycle of gears starts at 4068 BC. Each cycle is 490 years. You see that there are 7 cycles x 490 years = 3,430 years x 1.0145 correction factor to solar years = 3,480 years to arrive at the station of 588 BC, which dates the destruction of the First Temple. That infamous event is remembered by all Jewish people.
Solomon had built the most beautiful temple ever. It was one of the great architectural wonders of antiquity, but it is also a major marker of time. The Shekinah glory of the God of Israel returned to heaven. The City of Jerusalem was destroyed, and centuries of accumulated wealth of gold artifacts and holy utensils were plundered. Most of the Jewish people were carried off in exile to Babylon or fled into exile to escape the Babylonians.
The Jewish period of exile officially lasted for 70 years. The Persians gave the exiled Jews in Babylon permission to return to Jerusalem and the Promised Land of Israel, but not all of them did so. Adding these 70 years to 588 BC brings us to the very center of human history - 518 BC.
Then I add a 64-year gear to 518 BC to come to 454 BC, when history records that another group of returning exiles under Ezra and Nehemiah were permitted to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. This event provides the starting point from which to count Daniel’s 69 weeks of years (69 x 7 = 483 years) “until Messiah the Prince.”
Adding 483 years to 454 BC brings us to the beginning of Jesus Christ’s public ministry in AD 29. John the Baptist declared Jesus the Christ in that year. The gospels record a half week of 3½ years passing to Passover AD 33 when Jesus was crucified and rose from the dead after three days in the grave.
As we observe history, we notice a mathematical pattern that jumps from one marker date to another just like gears that mesh. Observing their relationships of these gears to each other, we can predict when the cuckoo bird of the Apocalypse will come out. Let us now get an understanding of how these prophetic gears work and see how they can be properly used to identify the date of the Apocalypse as planned by God from the beginning of time.
Cycles and Gears: Twelve Gears
In the 7,000-Year Table of Human History I discovered twelve special gears. Seven of these gears belong to the seven-based system, and five of them belong to the five-based system. Understanding the relationships between these gears within the World Cuckoo Clock will reveal the dates of the Apocalypse.
These gears show up several times in the 7,000-Year Table of Human History. Remember the first step of a test: Before we can accept something as fact, there must be at least two “witnesses” provided by corroborating Scripture verses. Three witnesses (3 = Gimel, indicating divine approval) makes for an even stronger case.
In the next test we encounter at least three gears of each kind. Gears that properly align will tell the date of the future Apocalypse. These gears overlay in concept. Within a clock there may be several identical gears within a closed system. Also, we must remember that within any clock, there are really two clocks: one for the big hand and one for the small hand. These two internal clock sets of intermeshing gears are put together by transfer gears.
Cycles and Gears: Three 50-Year Gears
- The first 50-year gear is only visible when we adjust the Hebrew cycles to our calendar. Each cycle on the 7,000-Year Table of Human History consists of 490 Hebrew years. Seven 490-year cycles work out to 3,430 years. When we multiply 3,430 by the conversion factor of 1.0145 to convert Hebrew time to ours, we get 3480 years - a difference of fifty (50) years (3,480 - 3,430 = 50). When we convert 4018 BC (the Hebrew year for the beginning of the history of mankind) to our calendar, we get to 4068 BC – a difference of fifty (50) years.
- The second fifty (50) year, or Jubilee, gear is described in Leviticus chapters 25 and 27. A historical reference occurred in Joshua’s time when Israel entered the Promised Land. This 50-year gear is fairly well known:
You shall count off seven weeks of years, seven times seven years, so that the period of seven weeks of years gives forty-nine years. Then you shall have the trumpet sounded loud; on the tenth day of the seventh month—on the Day of Atonement—you shall have the trumpet sounded throughout all your land. (Leviticus 25:8-9 NRSV)
The holiday of Jubilee is to be celebrated every fifty years:
And you shall hallow the fiftieth year and you shall proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you: you shall return, every one of you, to your property and every one of you to your family. That fiftieth year shall be a jubilee for you: you shall not sow, or reap the after growth, or harvest the unpruned vines. For it is a jubilee, it shall be holy to you: you shall eat only what the field itself produces.
In this year of jubilee you shall return, every one of you, to your property. When you make a sale to your neighbor or buy from your neighbor, you shall not cheat one another. When you buy from your neighbor, you shall pay only for the number of years since the jubilee; the seller shall charge you only for the remaining crop years. If the years are more, you shall increase the price, and if the years are fewer, you shall diminish the price; for it is a certain number of harvests that are being sold to you.
You shall not cheat one another, but you shall fear your God; for I am the Lord your God. You shall observe my statutes and faithfully keep my ordinances, so that you may live on the land securely. The land will yield its fruit, and you will eat your fill and live on it securely. (Leviticus 25:10-19 NRSV)
- We are presently living near the end of the third fifty year gear. When Jerusalem came under the control of the Israelis in 1967, the prophetic clock began ticking into a new cycle beginning in 1968. In the 7,000-Year Table of Human History we are currently experiencing this “Jubilee” transitional gear, which lasts from 1968 to 2018.
The seven years of the Great Apocalypse will occur during this gear providing the intersect between the five-based and seven-based analysis of Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy covered later in the chapter. Fifty years later in 2018, after thousands of years of neglect, the Jubilee will again be celebrated.
Just as God gave his people additional opportunities to repent during the 70-year interlude from 588 BC to 518 BC, he is again giving us time to return to a true worship of him in spirit and in the truthful obedience to his laws. This time, however, the time of grace will last only 50 years, which again conforms to the 7:5 Rosetta Stone ratio.
Cycles and Gears: Three 64-Year Gears
- The first 64-year gear was also hidden being the calibrated difference between 4068 to 4004 BC. It covers Adam and Eve's sin-free Garden experience. When sin entered the five-based dimension, that period ended and man was forced to live in the seven-based, Daleth dimension of in this world and time.
The number sixty-four (64) can be expressed as 8 x 8. Eight in the Hebrew Alphabet Number System is represented by Cheth. One meaning of Cheth is "fenced in," which describes man's Garden experience. A second meaning of Cheth is "a new beginning." This directs our viewpoint to the future of humanity, which has hope because God's plan includes the reconciliation of the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve. The 8 members of Noah’s family were shut into the ark and delivered to become the new beginning of the Second Civilization after the Flood. The two eights in sixty-four (8 x 8 = 64) are themselves two witnesses that reaffirm the importance of the number sixty-four.
- The second 64-year gear becomes the second witness and appears between 518 and 454 BC, which is the starting date for Daniel's 483-year (69-week) prophecy. The sixty-ninth week of the prophecy testifies of a Messiah, who was “cut off” to enable God's plan for the reconciliation of all who will believe and obey.
- The third 64-year gear started in 1948, when Israel became an independent state under the auspices of the United Nations. This gear will end in 2012. This gear connects the two rails of the biblical railroad track: the Christian Gospel and the Jewish Torah as well as tying in the Aztec and Chinese calendars.
This last gear will be extremely painful for believers, but it could provide the opportunity for some to prepare a way of escape for those in Israel who listen to God's plan. If the Israelis heed these prophecies, they will increase their chance of surviving another holocaust. It could help to prepare them for the next three years, a time called "Jacob's trouble" (2012-2015) – from which only a third are likely to survive.
Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. (Jeremiah 30:7 ASV)
During this chaotic time of tribulation, Israel's democratic regime will probably change to an emergency provisional military government to counteract the occupation of NATO military forces commanded by Antichrist. At first these troops had been welcomed as allies according to the treaty Israel had signed with the EU-UN.
They will come in response to a sudden attack by the King of the South (Egypt) in conjunction with an outbreak of violence by radical Islamic military forces. (Daniel 11:40) Islamic powers will attempt an operation of ethnic cleansing against the whole nation, beginning with the settlers of the West Bank. With this obvious collapse of the peace agreement made three years earlier, NATO intervenes – seemingly on Israel’s behalf. With their occupation of the Jewish nation, NATO will put down the Muslim mob and any Arab armed forces as well as neutralizing the Israeli Defense Force. (Daniel 11:45)
Presently, Israel is the only democratic nation in a region full of Muslim dictatorships and pseudo-democracies. In fact it might be the only true democracy left in the world during the first part of the Apocalypse, but with the NATO invasion, Israel’s independent government will collapse and will probably be replaced by a puppet administration. Some remnants of the Jewish people and Israel Defense Forces will have fled to the mountainous deserts in the east escaping Antichrist’s control. (Matthew 24:15-22)
Revelation tells us why they will need to flee. Michael, the mightiest archangel and supreme commander of the heavenly army, will soon eject Satan and all of his companions from heaven. The fallen dragon will immediately turn his wrath upon the descendants of Israel and the saints faithful to the true God. Michael will also descend from heaven to defend the remnant of Israel and all those written in the Book of Life. (Revelation 12:6-17; Daniel 12:1)
The Bible forecasts that these events will take place at the end of the Mini-Apocalypse when two thirds of Israel’s population will be killed. But God in his mercy promised to Abraham said that a remnant will survive these last horrors and become a great nation. In contrast Israel ’s enemies will be totally removed from this earth during the outpouring of God’s wrath upon the nations.
Cycles and Gears: Three 70-Year Gears
- The first 70-year gear spans from 588 to 518 BC and represents the Babylonian captivity of the Jewish people. God gave his children this special time to return to their worship of the Lord and a last chance to obey his laws and reestablish the oracles of God. History records that they did so.
- The second 70-year gear appears from 1 BC to AD 70, the year in which the second temple was destroyed. Since the first temple's destruction occurred on the 9th day of the Hebrew month of Av in 588 BC, and the second temple was destroyed on the same day in the same month in AD 70, I predict the third temple will be destroyed on the 9th of Av in 2015.
- The third gear represents the seventy years between 1948, when the nation of Israel was granted statehood by a UN resolution, and 2018, when the age of a thousand years of peace on earth will begin. The number seventy (70) is associated with Ayin, which means " Israel's restoration" or "a divine expression of the sum total of this world."
In chapter 7 I will explain more about the Rosetta Stone 7:5 gear ratio. The 70 and 50 year gears make it possible to overlay prophecies with historical events. The 70-year gear relates to the Israelites’ exile from Jerusalem and their land. The 50-year gear relates to the re-gathering of the nation back to Jerusalem and their land from an almost 2,000 year exile called the Diaspora. We will discover more gear overlays as we continue reading.
Cycles and Gears: Three 1,715-Year Gears
The last gear of 1,715 years will play a vital role in determining the date of the Apocalypse. It takes two gears together in order to make up one unit of seven (7) cycles of 490 years. Daniel spoke of time, times, and half a time. Since a “time” in this case is 490 years, three and a half times total 1,715 years, which is the size of this gear. We double this gear to obtain the value of seven (7) cycles totaling 3,430 years.
So the first of these 1,715-year gears spans from 4018 to 2303 BC, and the second gear spans from 2305 to 588 BC. The third gear is a special one. It connects the fall of Adam and Eve after the garden experiences with the flood of Noah 2288 BC. This gear is also verified as a second witness by the Aztec-Toltec calendar (1,716 years). They add one more year to it because they count from times after the flood which lasted one year.
1967—A Pivotal Year
Jerusalem became free of Gentile rule in 1967. This happened 2,555 years after 588 BC, when the Jews were dispersed from Jerusalem and the First Temple was destroyed. In 1967 the Jewish people elected a Jewish mayor for the first time, establishing a Jewish government over all of Jerusalem and finally ended the Gentile occupation of the Old City area, which includes the site of the ancient temples of God. Prophecy is always connected to Jerusalem, because it was (and will be again) the residence of the Most High, God the Almighty. In Ezekiel 43:6, the God of Israel announced that his house would always be in Jerusalem.
And he said unto me, Son of man, [this is] the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever. ( Ezekiel 43:6 ASV)
The year 1967 is especially significant. People living in warm climates often sleep in hammocks. A properly hung hammock requires two nails appropriately spaced apart in order to hold the person’s weight comfortably. Similarly, there are two main stakes in the 7,000 year history of humanity that enable the alignment and projection of prophetic timetables with historic chronology. The first one is 2288 BC, which marks the end of the First Civilization by Noah’s Flood. The second is 1967 when Jerusalem was returned to its rightful owner ending hundreds of years of control by foreign Gentile governments. Between those two nails hang all of the other events so that they can be aligned and overlaid by the Jewish fast days and festivals.
The number 2,555 reveals a hidden message. The highest number in the Hebrew Alphabet Number System is 400 (Taw). So the number 2,555 would have to be divided and could be expressed as:
(100 x 25) = 2,500
(5 x 11) = 55
The number 100 represents Aleph, GodFather the Creator, at the third level.
25 = "forgiveness of sin"
5 = "grace" or "the other side"
11 = "judgment" or the coming Apocalypse
Expressed in the Hebrew Alphabet number system:
2,555 = 100 • 25 • 5 • 11
The number (100) indicates that the Creator (GodFather) of the universe has forgiven Israel of their sin (25) and granted his grace to them (5). The time of purification will occur during the Apocalypse (11 – the number of judgment). Expressed in the Hebrew letters:
2,555 = Aleph (100) • Kaph (20) • Heh (5) • Jod (10) • Aleph (1)
God Almighty, the GodFather (Aleph), purposes the redemption (Kaph) of Israel and gives her grace guaranteed from the other side (Heh) and will transform Israel to a higher level (Jod) by the Messiah/Redeemer (1 = Jesus Christ, the Alpha and Omega) at his second coming.
God is on both ends of the formula, which hearkens back to his covenant with Abraham recorded in Genesis 15 in which the Eternal was both Maker and Guarantor. Furthermore, Jesus is described as both the Author and the Perfecter of our faith. (Hebrews 12:2) Nothing will keep God from fulfilling his plan to restore his kingdom on earth, beginning with Israel at Jerusalem.
...looking unto Jesus the author and perfecter of [our] faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising shame, and hath sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Hebrews 12:2)
A Different Perspective on Daniel 9:24
In my books I describe the Apocalypse from different perspectives so that the many overlays or alignments of chronological patterns can be understood properly. The material is a bit repetitive, but that is because each independent unit or element tells a complete story by itself, which then in turn is correlated with other stories, principles, or concepts that provide confirming proof to a particular correlation or conclusion under discussion.
In the next few pages I will describe how I have been able to date the beginning of the Apocalypse by discovering the endpoint of the Teth Age of the Daleth dimension, which is when God will create the New Heavens and New Earth – the age of Jod (10 on the World Cuckoo Clock). As in most successful research methods, I have had to work from the known to the unknown.
In dealing with the dating of the Apocalypse I have also had to map out God’s 7,000 year plan for humanity. I have extrapolated to the beginning of Creation and to the end of the universe as we know from the midpoint of human history – the destruction of the First Temple of Israel. I summarized the results in the two tables: the 7-Year Table of the Apocalypse and God’s 7,000-Year Table of Human History.
In my two books I have identified, compared and contrasted many examples of ancient Hebrew prophecies, laws, alphanumeric concepts, festivals, fasts and calendar specifics with foreign religions, philosophies and calendars. M y conclusion is that the external data all conform to the God’s plan as revealed in the Bible (the big egg).
I also covered the history of humanity in the Daleth (in this world and time) dimension with its successive historical/prophetic ages referred to as the Zayin, Cheth, and Teth Ages. Beyond Daleth follows the Heh (the other side) dimension as symbolized by the Hebrew letter Jod, which stands for a higher level (10) of existence. I symbolized it on my World Cuckoo Clock on top of the diamond, where it reaches upward toward God, represented as the Alpha in the sun symbol.
Let me illustrate what the Heh dimension means to the Hebrew mindset. I like to compare this biblical concept of heaven/earth to a mirror. (James 1:22-25) Everybody standing in front of a mirror knows its purpose because looking into it we see ourselves as we might be seen from the other side.
The only way I can see my nose and ears is by using this marvelous invention. The mirror is a tool by which we can also see things behind us or to the side, but the actual objects are not really in the mirror – only their images. Mirrors are two dimensional: they merely reflect the real three dimensional objects set before them. The reflected images have shape and a form of existence, but they are not reality and may be distorted.
The three dimensional reality governs the two dimensional reflection. If something moves on the real side, then the reflection in the mirror also moves. The Hebrew mindset calls the dominant, three dimensional reality Heh (the other side - heaven). The mirror image is Daleth, our two-dimensional existence here on earth.
Revelation and prophecy behave in much the same way. That is why we have such a hard time understanding them. We can only perceive the full reality as foggy, two dimensional mirror images. We try to apply the collective knowledge of humanity to interpret what is on the other side, but only persons who have been on the other side can truthfully tell us what the authentic reality is by comparing and contrasting it with our two dimensional Daleth reality of material time. Jesus came from God so He could tell us about Heh, the other side, which He did with parables.
While the past and future represent two different dimensions, the “present” exists only in our minds. What we call the past is frozen time, while the future is yet to be formed. At the moment of death these two dimensions appear in their stark realty and are then fixed. What is left is a memory. Memories possess beginnings and endings, like life that begins with a birth and ends in death. Only the person who has been on the other side can tell us what was the reality all along. While we live in the Daleth dimension, our memories are stored in something like a computer disk drive – our souls.
The Bible records stories of people who interacted with the other side, and each of us needs to decide if we can trust what it tells us. Jesus Christ came from the other side, as revealed in the four Gospels. His twelve disciples and many hundreds of others heard him teach both before and after his resurrection.
Two Witnesses from the Other Side
There were a few mortal humans who visited the Heh dimension of Heaven and came back to tell us what they saw. Again we see the 7:5 ratio at work. I understood the Two Witnesses living in Jerusalem (Revelation 11:3) to be representing Israel in the Daleth dimension. There are two more witnesses representing the Heh dimension: the apostles John and Paul. With Jesus as the Eternal Witness made flesh these four mortal witnesses fulfill the 1 + 4 = 5 rule.
The Apostle John wrote the book of Revelation, which is the last book of the Bible. In his book John constantly draws attention to the heavenly dimension and contrasts it with what happened in the Daleth dimension on earth. It reveals the prophetic application of the laws of “cause and effect” - a cause in the heavens results in a specific effect on earth.
Just applying this principle of “cause-effect” lenses to the book of Revelation will help to make many of its confusing passages more understandable. And if we use the Hebrew Alphabet Number System overlay it gets better. It would be fun to rearrange the chapters of Revelation under these guidelines, but that would make another book. (Read the Essential Introduction to this book again.) In John’s book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ there are many examples of the numbers four, seven and twelve being used. My Rosetta Stone discovery of the 7:5 ratio pops up throughout Revelation.
Whenever I find a list of twelve, I can easily identify the seven (7) events that pertain to the here-and-now or earthly perspective, and at the same time discover the remaining five (5) that relate to or are viewed from heaven. The concepts communicated by the Hebrew Alphabet Number System helps us to bring some order to the future events revealed in the pages of Revelation.
Without its help, I could not have sorted out the proper order for the many plagues and events mentioned in that book. Their presentation is not in order. Since the various seals, trumpets and bowls are mixed up from the earth’s chronological perspective, most scholars have ended up with wrong analyses of what will take place despite their best efforts to do so accurately.
Then there was the Apostle Paul, who was caught up to the “ Third Heaven” for awhile as well as being extensively taught directly by the resurrected Christ during his three years in Arabia. Paul wrote many letters expounding on what he learned about the mysteries of God’s plan for Israel and the world to the early believers that revealed many facts about the Heh dimension. We need to understand how to differentiate our earthly perspective from the Godly perspective in order to work out the chronology of the divine plan for humanity on earth, which includes the proper dating of the Apocalypse.
Most prophets had to write their spiritual visions and encounters with angels from the perspective of being on the Daleth side with their feet standing on the earth - being solidly “in this world in this time.” Between those two groups, we would encounter some differences of what they saw because some of them are revealed from the perspective of the heavenly (Heh) sources (the perspective of eternity) and others reflect the perspective of the earthly (Daleth) dimension of time and space. Resolving those disparities is crucial if we are to determine dependable dates for the prophetic events scheduled to take place on earth.
Again, it is like seeing the reflection of reality in a mirror. Reflections need to be interpreted. We know that a reflection is not the real thing, because it only represents what is in front of the mirror. When the eyes look into a mirror, the brain compares the mirror object in front of it with previously stored data. This is the only process through which we can possibly recognize a familiar object that comes from or is connected to the “other side” which is the primary one. That is why I use the word “overlay” many times in my books: it conveys what is similar on the “other side” that can be understood better by comparing it with corresponding historical events.
It is impossible for fallible human beings to interpret future events in prophecy simply by looking into the mirror reflection of the Daleth dimension. We need additional tools to arrange the data reliably. By comparing the images with their “reflected” sources we can properly understand what we are reading or what the Bible is teaching. The study of prophecy requires a clear concept of God’s plan for the universe and why we are here on this planet. With a little education to think logically, I believe that the average person can apply some discipline to put Revelation’s strange events into a rationally comprehensible order and context.
The Temple Overlay as a Marker in Time
God gives us a mirror so we can examine the entirety of the Daleth dimension more accurately. Israel’s tabernacle in the Sinai wilderness and the Temple in Jerusalem represent Daleth dimension reflections that mirror the Heh reality in heaven. (Exodus 25:9, 40; Acts 7:44; Hebrews 8:2, 5) Jesus was also like a window into heaven since his life on earth was lived in the express image of the Father.
He is the reflection of God’s glory and the exact imprint of God’s very being, and he sustains all things by his powerful word. (Hebrews 1:3 NRSV)
Just as God from the Heh dimension resided in the Temple in form of a Shekinah glory, so he resided in Jesus - God incarnate in flesh, who referred to his body as being a temple. (John 2:19-21) Hence the body of believers is also described in the Bible as being God’s temple. (1Peter 2:4-5; 1Corinthians 3:9-17)
So the Temple is the reflection of the heavenly reality on earth, and this is why important events concerning the history of the Temple, such as its building or destruction, are critical reference points in the construction of prophetic chronology. Whatever happens to the Temple reveals God’s purpose from the Heh dimension. The chronological gears and cycles derived from the Temple’s history provide the necessary tools for understanding the dates of the Apocalypse in the Daleth dimension side.
No library in the world has a book equivalent to the Bible. The Old and New Testaments chronicle the history of mankind from the Heh perspective. In what I call the railroad track analogy, Judaism and Christianity are parallel rails of steel connected by thousands of wooden ties. The Hebrew Torah and the Christian Gospels were both inspired by the same One from the other side, the Heh dimension. He is the Inventor of everything in the universe, and through his Word, he communicates his plan for humanity, one by one, but to understand it well, one needs to study both rails.
I have divided the 7,000-Year Table of Human History into fourteen railroad stations. These “railroad stations” also provide alignment points used when we compare the different “Bible eggs” (the 7,000 years of human history, the 7 years of the Great Apocalypse, and the over 3½ years of the Mini-Apocalypse, etc.) by overlaying their respective tables. Railroads around the world must be run by the clock otherwise the trains crash into each other or the system does not operate efficiently. We would not want to go to a train station and be told, “Sorry, the train will run some time in the future.” Or, “No one knows the time.” Indefinite answers do not inspire trust when we depend upon the train for our transportation.
To acquire an appreciation for the time cycles of the Apocalypse, we must look at the gears inside the clock, because the clock and all the 14 stations of the railroad work together in synchronism. Understanding the time relationships between the stations enables us to accurately predict when the train will arrive at any particular station. Examining the timetables of all the stations provides us with information about when the train will arrive at the tunnel (the Apocalypse) and when it will reach the final station on the other side.
Reading the railroad timetable correctly does not make anyone a prophet - just an informed traveler. God’s plan for humanity has been revealed in many pieces by many people over thousands of years. From this side we have seen only bits and pieces scattered obscurely through the mists of human history. While the whole picture is clear from the other side, it will only become perfectly clear for us when the train has finally arrived at the last station.
